Kin Kora Roundabout Flags
For over 35 years, our club has maintained and raised national and civic flags at the Kin Kora roundabout. A visible symbol of pride and service to the community, the flags are raised for significant national and civic events throughout the year.
Annual Charity Golf Day
Our flagship annual fundraising event at the Gladstone Golf Club brings together local businesses, community members, and sponsors for a day of golf and fellowship. All proceeds support local community projects and charitable causes.
Seniors Celebratory Dinner
A cherished 35-year tradition honouring local seniors. This annual dinner celebrates the contributions our older community members have made and continues to bring joy to attendees each year.
National Youth Science Forum (NYSF)
We sponsor and support local students to attend the prestigious National Youth Science Forum, giving young people the opportunity to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Evenglow Luncheon
A community support event bringing together people for fellowship and to raise awareness and funds for local causes. A reflection of our commitment to caring for every generation.
Interact Club
Our youth development program partners with local schools to build the next generation of service leaders. Interact members participate in community projects, develop leadership skills, and learn the value of giving back.
ANZAC Gunfire Breakfast
Each ANZAC Day morning, we serve a traditional gunfire breakfast to the community. This long-standing tradition honours the service and sacrifice of our veterans and brings the community together in remembrance.
Calliope Satellite Club
Extending Rotary’s reach into the Calliope community through a satellite club model. This initiative makes it easier for Calliope residents to participate in Rotary service without the commute to Gladstone.
Gladstone Seafarers Duck Derby
A fun-filled community participation event supporting the Gladstone Seafarers Centre. Rubber ducks race down the creek in a light-hearted event that brings families together and supports visiting seafarers.
Rio Tinto Kids Christmas Party BBQ
In partnership with Rio Tinto, we host a BBQ for their annual kids’ Christmas party. A great example of community-business partnership that brings festive cheer to families.
